Fox Development community. Event is subject to change. Complimentary
refreshments and giveaways will be provided and are available on a first
come, first serve basis, while supplies last. Participants assume the
risk of participating in any activities. Grand prize giveaways are
valued at a total of $1,000 and may not be redeemed for cash. Each
attendee will be entered in a drawing to win a prize. Winners will be
selected by random drawing. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Bold Fox Development has final determination of eligibility of winners.
Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker in Texas and over the age
of 18. Attendees are not required to purchase goods or services, pay
any money, or submit to a sales promotion effort as a condition to
attend this event or win a prize. Employees and family members of Bold
Fox Development and participating builders are not eligible for this
promotion. Additional restrictions may apply. Bold Fox Development may
